Welcome to our sewing studio website (hereinafter: "the Website" or "the Studio"). These terms of use constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Studio. Use of the Website constitutes full agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using the Website.

The Studio reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Website, and continued use of the Website after the change constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Eligibility to Use the Website

Age: Use of the Website is intended for ages 18 and up. Minors may use the Website only with the accompaniment and approval of a parent or legal guardian. You undertake to provide correct, complete and updated information when registering and using the Website. Your account on the Website is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. It is forbidden to use the Website for illegal, harmful purposes or purposes that violate the rights of others.

Studio Services

The Studio offers: Regular sewing courses at various levels, one-time workshops in sewing, recycling and upcycling, private and group lessons, unique workshops according to seasons and events

Changes to Services

The Studio reserves the right to: change, add or remove services and products at any time, change prices, dates and course content, cancel or postpone a course in case of an insufficient number of registrants (in this case the payment will be refunded in full), change a lecturer or instructor in case of need

Registration and Cancellations:

Registration is made through the Website and is considered final after receiving confirmation by email, a place in the course is reserved only after full payment or advance payment as required, the number of places in each course is limited - "first come, first served"

Cancellation of Registration by the Participant

Up to 14 days before the course begins: entitled to a full refund minus a handling fee of 50 ₪,

7-13 days before the course begins: entitled to a refund of 50% of the payment or full credit for another course

Less than 7 days before the start: no refund will be given, but the registration can be transferred to another participant

One-time workshops: cancellation up to 48 hours in advance - full refund; otherwise - no refund

Cancellation by the Studio

In case of course cancellation by the Studio you will receive advance notice whenever possible, you will be offered the option to register for an alternative course or receive a full refund, the Studio will not be responsible for additional damages caused as a result of the cancellation

Payments

The Website accepts payments through: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Isracard), or bank transfer (by prior arrangement), or cash payment at the studio (by prior arrangement), or Bit / Paybox (by prior arrangement).

All prices on the Website are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT, the Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time, price change will not apply to orders paid before the change, in case of payment in installments, the credit company's terms will apply.

Credit transactions are processed through a secure payment processor, the Studio does not store credit card details in its systems, a receipt will be sent to you by email after each transaction.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including: Website design, logo and graphics, texts, images and videos, sewing patterns and guides, learning materials and courses - are the exclusive property of the Studio and protected by copyrights.

It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or make commercial use of any content from the Website without written permission from the Studio.

Content Uploaded by Participants: Photos or content that participants and customers share on the Website or on the Studio's social networks may be used for marketing purposes, by sharing content, you grant the Studio a license to use it, the Studio will try to give credit and will honor requests to remove content.

Conduct in Courses and at the Studio

Course participants are asked to: arrive on time to lessons, respect instructors and other participants, maintain cleanliness and order in the studio, handle equipment and materials carefully.

Equipment and Materials

Each participant is responsible for bringing their personal equipment as detailed in the equipment list for the course, except for the equipment detailed on the Website that the Studio provides, the Studio provides sewing machines and basic equipment during lessons, intentional damage to the Studio's equipment will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

Safety

Use of the Studio's equipment is the responsibility of the participants, you must act according to the safety instructions given by the instructors, the Studio will not be liable for injuries or damages caused as a result of disobedience to instructions.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

The Studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user account in the following cases: violation of terms of use, offensive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or participants, providing false or misleading information, illegal use of the Website, non-payment for services ordered.

In case of account cancellation, no refund will be given for services paid in advance.

Limitation of Liability

The services and content on the Website are provided "as is" (AS IS), the Studio makes efforts to provide quality service but does not commit to specific results, the Studio is not responsible for errors or omissions in content.

Limitation of Damages

The Studio will not be responsible for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from: use or inability to use the Website, delays or disruptions in service, loss of profits, reputation or information.

Force Majeure

The Studio will not be liable in cases of force majeure, including: war, natural disasters, epidemic, strikes, technological failures beyond our control and the like.

In case of a red alert siren there is a shared shelter in the building that can be used as a protected space from missile fire.

Links to External Websites

The Website may contain links to external websites: these links are provided for your convenience only, the Studio is not responsible for the content, policies or privacy of external websites, use of external websites is at your sole responsibility.

Newsletter and Marketing Communications

Newsletter registration is voluntary, you can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time, we reserve the right to send essential service messages (order confirmations, course changes) even to those who canceled the newsletter.

Use of the Website is also subject to our privacy policy. Please read the full privacy policy on the Website.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms will be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Israel, exclusive jurisdiction will be with the competent courts in Jerusalem, in case of dispute, the parties will make a good faith effort to settle it peacefully before turning to litigation.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Non-enforcement of a particular right or condition will not be considered a waiver of that right, if a particular provision is found to be illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect, these terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties and cancel previous agreements.
