Return and Refund Policy

Return of Physical Products
Right to Cancel Transaction
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to justify the cancellation.
Conditions for Product Return
For us to accept the return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product has not been used and is in new condition

The product is in its original packaging (if applicable)

The product is not damaged or defective
-
A receipt or order confirmation is attached
Products That Cannot Be Returned
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the following cannot be returned:

Products that were specially made for you or customized personally (such as: alterations, adjustments, products sewn to your measurements)

Fabrics that were cut at your request
-
Products that were opened and used for hygiene reasons
-
Raw materials sold by the meter according to your request
Return Process

Contact: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product by email or phone and notify us of your wish to return

Confirmation: We will confirm the return and provide you with instructions

Shipping the product: Send the product back to us via registered mail or self-pickup from the studio (by prior arrangement)
-
Shipping cost: The cost of shipping the returned product will be borne by you, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Inspection: We will inspect the product within 7 business days of receiving it
Refund for Products

If the product meets the return conditions - we will refund you the full payment minus a handling fee of 50 ₪

The original shipping cost will not be refunded, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product

The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days from the date of return approval
-
In case of a defective, incorrect or faulty product on our part - we will refund the full payment including shipping costs without a handling fee
Defective or Incorrect Product
If you received a defective product, damaged in packaging, or a product different from what you ordered:

You must report to us within 24 hours of receiving the product

You must photograph the defect/error and send us pictures
-
We will refund the full payment including shipping costs along with the return of the defective product to the studio physically by coordinating pickup, or by shipment that we will bear all its costs, or we will replace the product at no cost

In case of replacement, we will bear all shipping costs (sending and return)
Cancellation of Courses and Workshops
Cancellation by the Participant
Regular Courses:

Up to 14 days before the course begins: entitled to a full refund minus a handling fee of 50 ₪

7-13 days before the course begins: entitled to a refund of 50% of the payment, or full credit for another course (credit valid for one year)

Less than 7 days before the start: no refund will be given, but the registration can be transferred to another participant at no cost
One-Time Workshops:

Up to 48 hours in advance: full refund minus a handling fee of 50 ₪

Less than 48 hours in advance: no refund will be given, but the registration can be transferred to another participant
Transferring Registration to Another Participant

Registration can be transferred to another person at any time at no additional cost
-
You must notify us of the change at least 24 hours before the activity begins
-
The new participant must meet the course participation requirements
Cancellation by the Studio
In case of course or workshop cancellation by the studio (insufficient number of registrants, instructor illness, force majeure, etc.):

You will receive advance notice whenever possible
-
You will be offered the option to register for an alternative course/workshop on another date or receive a full refund of the payment you made

The studio will not be responsible for additional, indirect or consequential damages caused as a result of the cancellation (such as: travel expenses, loss of time, etc.)
Non-Attendance at Course/Workshop

Non-attendance without advance notice does not entitle a refund
-
In case of illness or force majeure preventing attendance, a personal solution can be arranged (at the studio's discretion)
Missing Class - Cancelled Lesson
In case a single lesson in a regular course is cancelled by the studio:

A makeup lesson will be offered on another date or proportional credit according to the price of the single lesson

In case of several consecutive cancelled lessons - a proportional refund can be obtained
Method of Executing Refunds

All refunds will be made to the original payment method in which the payment was made

In case of cash payment - the refund will be made by bank transfer
-
Refund will be made within 14 business days from the date of cancellation/return approval

In case of payment in installments - the refund will be made according to the credit company's terms
Limitation of Liability

The studio is not responsible for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from cancellation, return or refund

The studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled product or service only
-
The studio will not be liable in case of force majeure (war, natural disaster, epidemic, alarms, etc.)

Additional Rights Under Law
This policy does not derogate from your rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Contracts (Remedies for Breach of Contract) Law, 1970.
In case of contradiction between this policy and the law - the law shall prevail.
